Had a pretty intense Chest day followed by 2 bouts of 40 mins cardio!
DB Incline Bench Press 2 warm up sets of 15 reps (25, 25) 4 sets of 10 reps (55, 65, 75, 85) Smith Machine Flat Bench Press 4 sets 20, 15, 8, 8 (135, 185, 200, 200) BB Incline Bench Press 3 sets of 8 reps (135, 135, 135) (toasted by this point!) Machine Flyes 2 sets of 12 reps with 2 sec pause/ flex (115, 115) 40 mins on stepmil then work from 4:30-11pm 20 mins on bike 20 mins on stepmil Done and DONE!!!!!

So here we are again... I's Thursday morning and I am exhausted already and it's not even 10 AM!!!! So yesterday I got in 50 mins for my AM cardio, was just feeling good so kept going, followed by my bi and tri day about 6 hours after my am cardio and then followed my lift with another 40 mins cardio!
EZ Bar Curls 3 warm up sets of 10 reps (30, 30, 30) EZ Bar Curls 1 1/2 reps = 1 rep 3 sets of 15 reps (40, 40, 40) DB Seated Bicep Curl with 3 second negative 3 sets of 6 reps (30, 35, 35) BRUTAL!!!!! DB Hammer Curl 3 sets of 12 reps (30, 30, 30) Rope Pushdown 2 warm up sets of 15 reps (20, 20) 4 sets of 20, 16, 12, 8 (35, 42.5, 42.5, 42.5) Cable Handle Reverse Grip Extension 3 drop sets of 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps back and forth (left to right) (10, 10, 10) Dip Machine 3 sets of 20 reps (150, 170, 190) TOASTED!!!! Had veins from fingertips up my forearms up into my biceps into my delts and across my chest yesterday.... someone is getting leaner!!!!!! Woohoo!!! This morning I just hit a quick hard back workout followed by a quick 30 mins on the bike. Have to be at work at 12 so Didn't havve time to mess around! Close Grip Seated Row 2 warm up sets of 10 reps (35, 35) 3 sets of 12 reps with a full stretch and hard squeeze on top(60, 60, 60) DB One Arm Row 4 sets of 8 reps (40, 40, 45, 45) Smith Machine Bent Over Row with a Rest Pause 4 sets of 8 reps (135, 185, 185, 185) Wide Grip Lat Pulldown with stretch on top 3 sets of 10 reps (60, 80, 80) I am tired as all get out but feel good. Looking better every day... Considering I'm averaging about 950 calories as my intake and my average burn for cardio on the day is 750-800 calories... I SHOULD feel tired! Still have 100 grams of carbs so I'm a happy camper thus far! I know we will be going to no carbs soon so I'm going to enjoy every bite of my sweet potato!!!
