Grade: A Notes: Weight & incline are a game changer. This was tough! Hopefully this is readable, I was doing 2 sets of situps at each position with another exercise breaking those apart. Inlcine Sit-ups, no weight 25 @ 3rd/middle position Incline Sit-ups w/25 lb plate & Lying Leg Raises 8 @ 7th/highest position & 8 2 @ 7th pos. 3 @ 6th pos. & 6 2 @ 6th pos. 4 @ 5th pos. & 5 4 @ 5th pos. 4 @ 4th pos. & 4 6 @ 4th pos. Incline Sit-ups w/25 lb plate & Side Bends w/barbell 6 @ 3rd pos. 6 @ 3rd pos. & 25 8 @ 2nd pos. 8 @ 2nd pos. & 25 Incline Sit-ups w/25 lb plate & Front Bends w/barbell 8 @ 1st pos. & 25 8 @ 1st pos. & 25 Cable Crunches 110*25 120*25 130*25 140*25 Elliptical Machine - 20 minutes

The worst was actually my second workout on the first day, I actually had to attempt 30 situps to do the warmup set of 25 situps. A close second was the first workout on the second day. I basically wake up very sore in my entite midsection and the "A" workout has actually been my relief for morning DOMS.
