Dog House Training

5/3/1 cycle 4 week 2 reprise Squats Pre workout routine 2 scoops of Con-cret lemon/Lime and Iced Tea. mmmmmmmm 3 minutes on the bike Squat warmups 5 x 95 5 x 120 3 x 145 https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-7...19/1-16-12.JPG NOTES Feels like it has been an eternity since I last hit the gym. Last week ended up being a forced deload. I also found out how much my journey has embittered my family. I will be online less, but will not quit, I will not give up. Since I missed most of last week, I am going to repeat the week. Squats - added a rep on final set. Leg Curls - up 5 lbs Front Squats - added a rep on final set, legs were feeling the work thus far Leg Extensions - no change, will up weight next time Calf Raise - Weight up 15 lbs. |

Felt the work. Nothing major to note. weighed in and pinched yesterday: weight 188.4 Chest pinch 8mm Ab pinch 13 mm Thigh pinch 8 mm Jackson/Pollack 3 pinch BF% = 10.72 % - my first time in the 10% range since college. |
