As I told someone else, these last two sessions I left the Dog House KNOWING that I had put in some work. Great feeling.

As to the volume. I went in thinking, 135 is my starting warmup set, shouldn't be too bad at all. By rep 25 I was questioning my sanity a bit.

Just realized that I made a mistake in recording the rows. They were Kroc rows and should be up one row.

The first 3 sets are not the bad, its once you get to the 4th and especially the 5th set that all you want to do is put the bar down. Not sure which is worse one really hard set, or two pretty hard sets.
