SDL /RDL - straight legs were pounding my already tired back too hard, so I switched after 1st set to an RDL
Seated Calves - added 5 lbs

Good day, Bench tomorrow. Supposed to take a deload week next week, but since I had a forced one the week before last, I am leaning toward moving right into Cycle 5.

5/3/1 Cycle 4 week 3 Bench

Pre-stuff
2 Scoops of Con-Cret
3 L-Arginine 1000 caplets
BCAA+ during

Shoulder Dislocations, tube shoulder Warm up

Warm up Lifts
5 x 65
5 x 75
5 x 95

Working Sets


NOTES

Had a lengthy interruption between the dips and Pendlays. Was worth it as the Lord answered the prayers offered within 5 minutes of my hanging up with the other person. PTL!

Bench - minimum shoulder pain. Felt good. This one is inching up a half pound at a time, but it is inching up.
Walker Dips - added 2.5 lbs for 2nd and 3rd sets
Pendlay Rows - added 2 reps to each set. Will increase weight by 2.5 next week.
Kroc Rows - toughed these out with a 10lb increase. Will add weight next week. Based on how I was feeling by this time, I will probably start micro loading these.
Larry Scott Pushdowns Bamazav style - Will add weight next week
Tricep Bar Hammer Curls - added 5 lbs. will add weight next week
