Default 9/5/12 dog house training

Some times our greatest obstacle is our expectations... Or lack there of!

Warmups
Inversions
Reverse hyper- these irritated my back, so I will lay off for now
McKenzies
Plate rotations and scare crows
Tube shoulder warm up
Empty bar lift

working sets



NOTES
Biggest battle right now is with my mind. Distractions are winning too often.

Bench - added 5 pound but only hit 19 reps so I will keep weight here next week
skulls - provided a nice tricep pump
Leg extensions - I miss deads! Not that these are a substitute. Hold at the top brought a nice burn and pump
Glass Style OHP - added 5 pounds. Hit 20+ reps so I will add another few pounds next time
WG Pullups - I forgot to change my spreadsheet. These were WGP's. Not much left for these today, they were weak attempts comparitively.

Sessions are plugging along. Waiting for back to ease up so I can add some more back work in to the mix. Today feels better than it has been feeling. Working from home so I can stretch out and not sit so much.

The Real Work


NOTES
Football and band start tonight. Busy day getting ready. Today's session felt good.
Declines - added 5 lbs, only 17 reps so weight will stay here next week
Yates Rows - Just couldn't get the chest supported rows to feel right. Hit 23 reps, so will add weight next time.
Glass OHP - added 5 lbs, only 19 reps so weight will stay the same
Spider Curls - will add weight next week
BB Hack Squats - added about 20 lbs, 20 reps hit. More next week
Pullups - will keep plugging along
pushups - will add another set next week
