5/3/1 Cycle 4 Week 3 OHP
Pre-stuff 2 scoops of Con-cret Cellcour C4 - sample, 1/2 serving Shoulder warm up with Tubes Warmup Presses 5 x 65 5 x 75 5 x 95 Working Sets NOTES Seated OHP PR wanted six but I will live with 5 DB Seated OHP - added 2.5 lbs Will add weight to every other lift. Enjoyed the day, look forward to Friday's Deadlifts.

5/3/1 Cycle 4 Week 3 Deads
Prestuff 2 scoops of con-cret 1 serving Cellcour C4 - last of the sample pack Stretches and warm up lifts 5 x 135 5 x 165 3 x 200 Working Sets NOTES No school today so slept in. My body must have been worn out, slept till 9 am. I can't remember the last time I slept that late. Felt ready heading into the gym. Today's goal? Deadlifts - at least 3 plates for reps. Deads - PR - 3 plates +!!!! WooooHOOOOO!!! Leg Extensions - added 5 lbs SDL /RDL - straight legs were pounding my already tired back too hard, so I switched after 1st set to an RDL Seated Calves - added 5 lbs Good day, Bench tomorrow. Supposed to take a deload week next week, but since I had a forced one the week before last, I am leaning toward moving right into Cycle 5.
