Chest Traps and Shoulders

incline DB press-- 75x10/75x10/ 85x18/ 95x6

Decline bench press-- 135x10/ 205x5/5/3 drop to 135x 10

cable flys-- 32.5x10/ 37.5x10/10

BB shrugs-- 135x10/225x10/315x10/365x8

seated DB lateral raises-- 25x8/30x8/8/35x8

Hammer press(DB)-- 35x9/8/8/8

good work out, was happy with all my lifts, no change but happy none theless

Squat-- 135x10/ 225x6/ 315x4/ 365x2/ 385x fail

sumo deads-- 135x10/ 225x10/ 315x6/ 405x fail/ 405 x1/ 455xfail

not too happy with the deads today, but there is always next week
