Slingshot numbers look excellent. I've been using it for around 4 months now and my numbers just keep creeping up.

Thanks. It's only my third time using it, but I like the overload it provides Withe a full ROM--I feel I get about 50lbs or roughly 15% out of it. By the way, which training log is yours?
