So far, this has been a long day. Haven't done anything but laze around, then go run, then come back home and laze some more... I also haven't eaten a damn thing all day..only cals from PWO shake and whatever I get from my amino intras. Thinking of a big ol' omelette, maybe a bit of cheese and ham.. It's also cold, very damn cold. That has nothing to do with my training, but it's friggen cold..
Oh, and today was a pretty good day... Shoulder seems much better icing before the gym, will ice it again later.. Cardio Treadmill - 6.25 miles - Total Time 90 minutes, 30 seconds .25 mile walk @3.5mph - Warm-up 1.5 mile run @ 5.2mph .5 mile walk @ 3.5mph 1 mile run @ 5.2mph .5 mile walk @ 3.5mph 1 mile run @ 5.2mph .5 mile walk @ 3.5mph - Cool down I defintely need new shoes. My shins are still pissed off right now...tomorrow should be fun. Also contemplating running 7 days a week..3 miles or so would be a good way to start a weekend day with less worries about diet.

**Update**
I was in and out of the gym last week. I must be made of glass, because I'm always breaking or cracking something. Knee and shoulder are both feeling much better. I ate like a pig over the weekend, or at least during football. Time to work it off today! Looking for 5-7 miles walking, maybe some running if knee can handle it. I need new runners on my feet badly. Just don't have the cash right now to get a good pair. Probably next week for sure I'll have them. I've been doing research on what would fit my fat foot best. I found a pair I liked, but they were too narrow and I'm not paying to order them from Nike without trying them on first. If I have time, I'll head to the Niketown store next weekend to see if they have any wide widths in stock. Okay, no more bitching about being sore....need to get back in to it. The week after next I'm bringing a full weight schedule to the gym again. Ready to SFW and make more progress.

Getting better for sure. Did some good treadmill work, tempted to run, but decided to stay with walking, just to be safe. No pain in the knee, or shins. Also got some circuit work in afterwards.
Cardio Treadmill - 3.75 miles - 72 minutes Circuit Weight Session Chest Press, Row, Pulldown, Flye, Arms - In no particular order, just using whatever machine was empty. Did a few sets at each, then moved on. This was just to test my shoulder, see how it handles any pressure. Right now just a bit sore, which is a good thing. Also, as I thought I would.. I gained quite a bit over the weekend. Football party on Sunday didn't help...but that pizza and beer tasted almost as good as that missed kick by the Ravens. Morning weight was upto 264..post-workout weight, 258.5.. And that will drop even more overnight, even though I'm rehydrating. Not a lot of food today, just working off yesterdays overload. Overall, a good day. Ready for another tomorrow, just walking, no weights to rest. And more sauna time. I'm starting to really enjoy the 160 degree heat...

Another a'ight day...nada special, just some more walking. I did try to take a few runner steps, but right away felt my knee say hell no. Still not sure why the pain is so come and go from one day to another. I'll stick to walking until I at least get new running shoes, hopefully this weekend.
Cardio Treadmill - 4 miles - 72 minutes 12 seconds. Weight is still dropping, cal intake has been uber minimal. Probably 1200 or so yesterday and today. But feeling good overall, no low cal headaches or crazy pains screaming for food. So, making progress, very slowly....but it's better than getting fatter.

Yup, at least during the week I will. I eat more on the weekend, but I'm also keeping that in check..with the exception of last weekend..football. That's my reason...lol

A quick day, had to be somewhere at a certain time. But I did some bit of running without messive pains in the shin or knees. Just 1/4 mile jogs, then back to walking. I'm going to ease myself, until I get back to where I was before, running miles at a time with a problem.
Cardio Treadmill mix / walk & run @ 3.5-6.2mph - 2.72 miles - 37 minutes Feeling better, except for hunger pains. But I'm getting used to them.. Weight still moving down, lots of aminos every day, so not worried about muscle wasting. Plus I work the circuit machines every few days to keep them active until I get back to the real weight room..
