Squats-
95x12 105x12 105x10 Rows- 55x12 65x12 75x10 BTN Press- 55x12/12/12 Bench Press- 65x12 75x12/10 Curls- 30x12/12 40x10 Dips- 16.5 lbs assistance 8/6/8 Ab Rollouts- 10/10 gym was crowded, so I did the workout in a weird order, but still got it all done. Used the sauna after my workout for the first time in a long time and man it felt good ![]()

95x12 105x12 105x12 Deadlift- 95x5 135x3 155x5 BTN Press- 45x12 55x12 60x8 Bench Press- 65x12 75x12 75x12 Curls- 30x12/12 40x11 Dips- 16.5 lbs assistance 8/8/8 Ab Rollouts- 10/10 Took around an hour again. I'm taking it slow, and progressing just a few reps at a time. Feels good to be back in the gym and consistent

Absolutely! Was very sore after the first few workouts, but using Xtend is keeping the soreness away. I'm feeling ready to hit it hard every time I go to the gym
