Phew, all done with school for the year. Absolutely killed all of my finals. I've got a sweet job lined up this summer, 40 hours a week, so I'm going to be real busy. I'm going to take another run at the Steve Reeves classic physique program. Hit my first workout today, light weights, and the order was messed up a bit since the gym was crowded.
DB Shoulder Press- 20x12/12/12 DB Bench Press- 35x8 30x10/10 BB Curls- 30x12/12/12 Squats- 95x12/12/12 Deadlift- 135x5 Started to do dips, but was very drained so I called it quits. Felt real good to be back in the gym again.

Squats-
95x12 105x8/8 Barbell Rows- 55x12 65x12/12 BTN Shoulder Press- 55x12/10/8 Bench Press- 65x12/12/12 BB Curls- 30x12/12 40x8 Dips- 16.5 lb assistance 8/6/6 Great workout, sipped Scivation Xtend throughout the workout and it seemed to keep me going throughout the workout, felt alot more energized than the first workout last week. Legs were a bit sore from Friday, but that's expected.

Lots of energy. Starting out light, but form is great. I'm working 8:30-5 Monday-Friday now so I'm gonna have to be hitting the gym after dinner when it's the most crowded, but I'll make do.
