Got a workout in today at my local Y, felt good to be back there working out again
Squats- 110x5/5/5 knees were hurting a bit with squats, but I assume that will go away once they adjust to squatting again Shoulder Press- 60x5/5/5 Power Cleans- 70x3/3/3/3/3

Not 100%, but I make sure my toes point out a bit, i shove my knees out to the sides so they're over my feet and my knees don't pass my toes. I'll videotape it on Tuesday and post it up here.

Awesome! Got the stomach flu, just as I was starting to get rolling with my workouts again, i should be better by thursday though...frustrating
