It was good. We're just finishing up fraternity rush right now so I haven't really been sleeping that much and i'm feeling pretty beat up from it, but i'm sure once rush ends and I get a good solid week or two or training under my belt i'll be ready to roll

Feeling good after my G-men took it home last night!
Squats- 45x5x2 75x5 95x5/5/5 Bench- 45x5x2 65x5 85x5/5/5 Deadlift- 45x5 95x5 135x5 Found a great time slot to hit the gym. Right before class and the gym is pretty empty, should be pretty easy to stay consistent and squeeze it in at this time.
