115x10 115x8 115x7 Total reps: 25 (+10 lbs next week) Bench- 95x10 95x10 95x7 Total reps: 27 (+5 lbs next week) DB Rows- 35x10 35x8 35x8 Total reps: 26 (+5 lbs next week) BB Curls- 40x10 add another set here next week Felt really good today, squat form is back to normal and the weights will be back up soon. Now it's time to eat

145x5 145x5 145x5 felt great, form was good. can't wait to deadlift heavy again Military Press- 65x10 65x8 65x8 Dips- 20 lbs assistance x8/8/6 another good workout

not much, stomach feels better which is great, but i have no energy at all and my chest and throat are killing me. About to go to the campus health center...hopefully they can help
