Squats-
95x12 125x12 150x10 BB Rows- 65x12 80x12 95x12 Military Press- 65x12 65x12 75x8 Bench Press- 65x12 90x12 110x12 Curls- 50x12/12/12 Dips- BWx6/5/6 Had to do curls before bench today since gym was crowded. Doing dips right after bench made the dips suffer but oh well

Didn't log this weeks workout so far but here's the one I did today. Still feelin good. Finished up work on wednesday so it's all fun for the next week then back to school
Squats- 95x12 125x12 155x12 Deadlifts- 145x3 175x3 205x5 Military Press- 65x12 70x11 70x10 Bench Press- 85x12 100x11 120x9 Curls- 55x10/10/10 supersetted with: Dips- BWx7/6/6
