Missed logging the last few workouts but no worries I got them done. Felt amazing today, everything felt light
![]() Squats- 95x12 125x12 145x12 BB Rows- 65x12 80x12 95x10 Military Press- 65x12 65x10 75x8 Bench Press- 65x12 85x12 105x12 Curls- 50x12/12/10 Dips- BWx8/7/6/5/5 Total: 31! Feeling really good right now. Really noticing how much eating habits affect performance in the gym. Focusing on my nutrition has made workouts a whole lot more enjoyable.

Squats-
95x12 125x12 150x8 Deadlifts- 135x5 165x3 195x5 Military Press- 65x12 65x12 75x8 Bench Press- 65x12 90x12 110x10 Curls- 50x12/12/10 Dips- BWx8/6/5/5/5 Total: 27 This was friday's workout. Went to a friends lake house for the weekend. Had a blast but got really sunburnt I'm probably still gonna hit the gym tomorrow though despite the sunburn We'll see how I feel

Felt a little weak during this workout. The sunburn and the long weekend held me back a bit today.
Squats- 95x12 125x12 150x9 BB Rows- 65x12 80x12 95x11 Military Press- 65x12 65x10 75x8 Bench Press- 65x12 90x12 110x11 Curls- 50x12/12/11 Dips- BWx5/5/5 was beat by now.
