Been busy lately and havn't had time to post.

Friday DE Lower
Box Squat 50% bar x 5 95 x 5(added chains) 135 x 2 185 x 2 x 12 Friday is kind of a mess around day for us and today I put on Traphouses Metal Pro Squatter and worked up to 355 x 1+chains and 405 x 1(straight weight)(PR) Speed Deadlifts from floor 135 x 3 135 x 1+chains 185 x 1 x 15+chains Shrugs 1 plate x 20 2 plates x 15 3 plates x 10 x 2 |
