Probably a couple of inches. Not really sure, I could have forced it to touch but i was focusing on letting the briefs do the work.

Have'nt had time to post the last couple of weeks been driving alot lately. Anyway I've done a 425 RB box squat in briefs and have been experimenting with using bands for lockout and decline in my bench training. Planning to start benching against bands in my shirt and see how well it works out.
