Wednesday
axle push press warm ups then 150x3 for 6 sets bench w/u's then 185x3 for 6 sets ssb squats w/u's then 320x3 for 4 sets romanian deadlifts 335x5 for 4 sets log press lockouts 140x5 160x5 165x5/5/5 close grip bench 135x30 total reps 15/10/5 20 seconds between sets upper back still fried from Monday's v-bar chins |

Great training today, about 85 degrees outside
yoke 280x90/90' 370x90/90' 420x90/90' farmers carry 160x180' 180x90/90 log press lockouts(lowered from last workout) worked to 205# for a single, huge post injury pr sand bag carry 200# at 180' also a huge pr |

Well that's a ton of work. I think I would be eating for 4 straight hours after a session like that.

ssb squats warm up then 280x5 sets of 4 bench w/u then 175x 5 sets of 4 press w/u then 135x5 sets of 4 15" dl w/u then 515x3 singles incline bench 135x5 155x5 165x5 step up's onto 13" bench 110x10 each foot, 130x10 each foot |
