11/05/2009: Shoulders and Biceps

Workout Time: 46 minutes

Workout Grade: C+

Limping through the workout tonight. I had very low blood sugar, which is extremely unusual. Third day back at my cutting diet, so that might have had something to do with it. By the end - biceps curls - I felt human again.

I hadn't performed standing dumbbell curls in a LONG time. Measured my right arm afterwords...19 3/4". Yeah, so...it's not a lean arm, but still...it's the biggest I've ever been.

And yes, "people" say that upright rows are bad for the shoulders but they feel GREAT to me.

Seated Press Behind the Neck
170 x 8/2/2/2/2/3/4 Total = [23]

Upright Rows
85 x 12/7/6/6/6/8/8 Total = [53]

Standing Alternating Dumbbell Curls
45's x 9/4/4/5/5/5/5 Total = [37]

Thanks guys. I'm making it a goal to not stop pushing. Sometimes I get frustrated being a natural...so hard to put on mass after so many years....that I stop pushing.
