Workout Time: 45 minutes Workout Grade: C- Lost steam fast today. Back on a cutting diet, that might be why. Still, I felt my back getting hammered. Tried DB Rows instead of deadlifts today, just for a change. Found out why I like deadlifts so much ![]() DB Rows just take too much time...all that switching arms stuff drives me bonkers. DB Rows 95's x 10 95's x 8 55's x 8 (4 second concentric and eccentric) 55's x 14 (Burn Set) Yates Rows 135 x 6 135 x 5 95 x 6 (4 second concentric and eccentric) 95 x 12 (Burn Set) T-Bar Rows 140 x 6 140 x 5 90 x 5 (4 second concentric and eccentric) 90 x 8 (Burn Set)

10/19/2009: Chest and Triceps
Workout Time: 42 minutes Workout Grade: A- Felt a little weak. Energy wasn't too bad, just not as strong as I thought I would be. All in all, a fast-paced and intense workout. Triceps feel very tight. No messing around...21 brutal sets in 42 minutes, including warmups. Not in the dungeon to play. Bench Press 225 x 30...9/4/3/3/3/4/4 Incline Bench Press 185 x 29...8/3/3/3/3/4/5 Closegrip Bench Press 185 x 29...7/3/3/4/4/4/4

10/20/2009: Quads
Workout Time: 39 minutes Workout Grade: B+ I wanted to do 6 sets of 6 reps, but felt pretty fried after 4, so I did extensions and wrapped it up. It's been a while since I did a lot of reps with heavier weight. I'll come around. I can hardly walk right now, as it is. I had tossed around the idea of front squats or a 20 rep set as finishers...maybe next time. Calories: UF/OF....2500 calories Squats 315 x 6 315 x 6 315 x 6 315 x 6 Leg Extensions 50 x 80...20/10/8/10/10/10/12
