Training Log for 2012 Masters Strongman Competion
There's about 50 weeks till this meet but will be devoting my training for it. Will have to do a qualifier in the spring but the main goal is next November. I will be starting off lite and hopefully somewhere before then get strong lol.

You do all your training at home?

Yes, my basement is a full gym and my garage has some strongman equipment (axle, log,farmer handles, 225stone). On Thursday's I train at a friend of mine house who has all strongman stuff.

Nice. I have a home gym as well. Might need to move a rack to my shed, but it gets too darn cold here for that to work year round.

I know what you mean, I have to do all overhead work in garage but its attached so not to bad. Thursday training is all outdoors 30's and 40's temps I actually like training in but when it gets to be lower than that rough.
