Notes:
That was a good feeling workout. Some decent weights and a little volume to finish it off. The press was 10 lbs heavier and I only dropped a single rep, so that was good.

It is a lot of fun. I have a rule, I will only remind him once that it's a workout day. The motivation to actually get out there and do it has to come from him. So far it's been a WIN!

Just doing "Jack Shit" today. I was pretty fried by the end of this. Morning workouts suck but I have to run my folks around town in a while.
