Seated Press 75 lbs x 5 90 lbs x 5 110 lbs x 5 125 lbs x 3 145 lbs x 3 165 lbs x 10 reps Standing Press 90 lbs x 10 90 lbs x 10 90 lbs x 10 90 lbs x 10 Chin-ups BW x 8 BW x 6 BW x 4 BW x 4 BW x 3 Notes: That was a good feeling workout. Some decent weights and a little volume to finish it off. The press was 10 lbs heavier and I only dropped a single rep, so that was good. |

It is a lot of fun. I have a rule, I will only remind him once that it's a workout day. The motivation to actually get out there and do it has to come from him. So far it's been a WIN!

Squats 145 lbs x 5 180 lbs x 5 215 lbs x 5 155 lbs x 3 290 lbs x 3 325 lbs x 11 reps Squats 180 lbs x 10 180 lbs x 10 180 lbs x 10 180 lbs x 10 Prowler Pushes Doing these later with my kid. But I plan on just using a 170 lb load for many pushes. I'll update the journal later... Notes: Just doing "Jack Shit" today. I was pretty fried by the end of this. Morning workouts suck but I have to run my folks around town in a while. |
