Default Gaz 6682 Reeves Classic and Cardio Log

Right fellas, work has calmed down a bit so I'm ready to get back into things properly. On Monday I'll be starting the Reeves Classic. I've spent this afternoon reading much literature and plan to spend the rest of this week experimenting before getting stuck in properly on Monday.

It's also cardio time again so be prepared for some sick-bucket interval training

My first question/concern about the Reeves is no trap work? Problem lol

Cleans and deadlifts will give you sick traps. I haven't shrugged unless doing and impression of a Frenchman in 6months and I'm doing alright

You won't need any direct trap work. Deadlift has done 10x more for my traps than anything else. Overhead presses also help, as do heavy rows.

Best of luck Gaz!

definitely in for this buddy, the reeves is a solid choice. You gonna do the OHP behind the head or with dumbbells?

Carl.

I didn't manage to get to the gym last night, pretty annoyed to be honest so I'll be starting tonight. Not ideal as this morning circuit was an absolute killer.

5 push-ups, 5 half sits, 1 lap of the gym
10 push-ups, 10 half-sits, 2 laps of the gym
15, 15, 3
20, 20, 4
20, 20, 4
15, 15, 3
10, 10, 2
5, 5, 1

Change exercises and repeat for 45 mins. 100 reps of each and 20 laps. Felt suitably ill afterwards. First session of the Reeves tonight, will be starting modestly and looking to improve with each session. Let's get into it
