Sunday Strongman
Worked out alone today, Boucher is sick. I was also a little hungover, but still a solid session. Log Clean and Press, 1 clean press away 105x2x3 145x2x3 195x2 singles 225x 3 Ties PR 195x5, tired these went pretty well, need to keep pushing for more reps, I think I would have had one more but after the third press, the weight dropped all the way down, I cleaned it again, but no way was I gonna Press it Tire Flips 3 sets x 10 flips Very tough, sets of 10 are brutal. Higher reps are definitely the key to tire, need to keep working and adding reps. I attempted to do some keg work, but just could not get the water to stay in. Bought some plugs yesterday, but they are not what I need. They just keep falling out. I will get the kegs figured out soon. Wanted to do some conditioning, but I was too hungry after messing with the kegs. Bench Press tomorrow, i will finally be able to go back to the gym.

Monday bench press
Solid session I was pretty sore from strongman but pushed through Bench press 135 x 5 175 x 5 205 x 4 235 x 3 255 x 2 285 x 1 300 x 1 310 x 1 240 x 13 Solid number no prs Klokov press 95 x 5 115 x 3 135 x 3 155 x 3 165 x 1 pr 135 x 6 pr These felt great two prs I like it T bar rows neutral 3 plates x 10 4 p x 8 4 plus 25 x 6 4 p x 2 x 8 3 p x 2 x 8 strict and paused at top Band pushdown Light band x 3 x 30 Blast strap push ups Superset with Rope inverse rows 3 rounds x 15 each no rest Decent training session today, I was a lot more sore and tight than I thought I would be. Tomorrow is upper body conditioning

thanks mike! My gym is really never crowded, it is not a commercial gym. Really the only people that are there are personal training clients and a few general members. If there is more than 6 people in the gym, that is a lot.

Tuesday Conditioning
Conditioning felt great today, focused on upper body.Had the idea on my way home from work was to use some jump rope. I think it is perfect, hits the calves a little bit but brutal on the lungs. Jump rope 1-2 minutes Sledge Hammer 20 swings each side Here is how this went, I did right side swings, jump rope, left side swings, jump rope, etc. So I did three rounds of swings on each side, but a total of 8 rounds of jump rope becuase I started and finished with jump rope. Minimal rest between everything. Light Upper body superset-4 rounds Pushdowns Upright rows BB curls sets of 20 for each exercise Good amount of conditioning here, tough on my the lungs, but should allow my legs and low back to recover. Tomorrow is squats and rack pulls, can not wait!
