Tuesday Conditioning
Did not go too crazy today, but got enough in. Sled Drags Cluster sets, sets of 4 sprints with 10-15 deep breaths in between plus 45 x 1 cluster plus 70 x 1 cluster plus 70 x 2 sprints, plus 45 x 2 sprints Did a bunch of upper body sled work after this Bench Press Row Curls Overhead Tricep Extension -focused on my arms, elbows were a little sore so I wanted to get some blood moving. Tomorrow will be squats and rack pulls. I am going to see how my squats feel, I may go for a heavy triple. Then do my pause squats. Feeling good today. On to my next experiment and time for event day to get even more serious. This week I am going to OHP on Thursday, still undecided which day I will press. I do enjoy my OHP workouts on Fridays, so I may keep it the same. Also, then I can do serious conditioning thursday.

Wednesday squats
Did not feel great today, did too much sled work yesterday. And work was rough today, hoping tomorrow is better. Squats 145 x 2 x 5 235 x 4 285 x 3 325 x 2 375 x 1 415 x 1 with wraps 455 x 2.5, spotter said I did the third but he helped a little Pause squats 365 x 3 singles Rack pulls, mid shin 135 x 3 225 x 3 315 x 3 365 x 1 405 x 1 455 x 1 505 x 1 555 x 0 455 x 2 x 3 These felt pretty good, numbers should fly up on these Yoke bar gm 90 x 5 180 x 3 x 5 200 x 5 Need to stay consistent on these Tweaked my left hammie a little again. Gonna push press tomorrow I think. I really need to get back on track with a squat cycle. Need to build some momentum and my body is feeling beat up.

Very close, it started to go. As soon as I get the weight off the rack, it goes. I just need to practice the movement more.

Thursday OHP
Solid session today, felt awful to start but then got focused. I did not really eat all day, so I grabbed a few mcdoubles on the way home and trained about an hour later. Seemed to work. DE Bench 9x3x135 plus monster minis 3 different grips Push Press 135x5 185x5 205x1 225x1 245x1 265x1, possible PR 280x1 PR! This was a huge number for me, pretty easy too. 300 is coming! Tricep Extension, grenade handle 150x12 170x2x10 Hammer Curls 30s x 15 40s x 3 x 12 50s x 2 x 8 Tate Press 40s x 12 50s x 2 x 10 Elbows were feeling a little beat up. Very happy with today, next 3 days will be completely off from training. Heading to texas for a wedding. My body could use a few days off. Going to start some cycles next week, need to really get a squat plan going. Have a great weekend guys!

Monday Back to Training
Got home just before the hurricane. Got the last flight into Philadelphia last night, a lot of people from the wedding got stuck in texas. Anyway I got to train at home today. Starting some new cycles and I will be making some spreadsheets later, nothing else to do. Close Grip Bench Press 135x5 175x5 205x4 240x3 260x2 275x1 285x1 300x1 225x13, probably a close grip PR On my bench at home I have to go really wide or really close. Opted for close grip, felt very strong. Wide Grip High Incline Press 135x3x10 Bent Over Rows -super strict, rested my head on a bar to ensure there was absolutely no movement 135x8 185x2x5 135x10 These are very tough Skull Crushers 95x10 115x2x6 Pull Ups, heavy bw x 6 plus 25 x 3 plus 50x3 plus 60x2x3 Felt very heavy Tricep Pushdown 100x 4x 15 Body felt pretty good today, took 3 days in a row completely off. I was at a wedding in texas, everything went great. Good weekend, except now this storm is crazy, but no work today. I am going to start the short strong-15 cycle from Lift Run Bang. These cycles are only 5 weeks, I like that idea. Should be good, I think 9 weeks is just too long a cycle for me. No work today and no work tomorrow. The storm is really supposed to get bad tonight!
