Just got back from picking up the weights, they are in great shape! Most of the 45s look brand new, love buying stuff on craigslist!

One tip...make sure you measure your plates. Most of mine are smaller than regulation and can make deadlift a chore without blocks.

Great work as always J! Keep it up. Its been awhile since I've looked at Juggernaut, but does the high reps tapper off and move closer towards high intensity?

Monday Bench Press
Felt pretty strong on bench today, the weights got a lot heavier from one cycle to the next but so far so good. My lats are killing me. Pendlay rows are my new favorite exercise! Bench Press 135x2x5 185x5 230x2x8 230x10 It was tough for me to get tight on the bench today, I do not think I warmed up my low back and legs enough. But I got it done. Pendlay Rows 135x10 185x6 225x5x5 Neutral DB Incline Press 70s x 10 80sx 6 85s x 3x 5 90sx 2 x 5 These felt good, hit the triceps hard. Lat Pulldown close neutral grip 180x 2x8 205x2x6 180x10 Tate Press 55s x 4x 8 Great workout, kept the pace going nicely. I work back and forth between all of my assistance, not really a superset but just back and forth. It makes me cut down my rest periods without noticing. Feeling strong, I think I am going to deadlift tomorrow, so I can squat again on Wednesday in my basement. Bottom position squats!

Tuesday Deadlifts
Felt very strong today, the bar was flying up. My upper back was sore but my low back and hips felt great! Sumo Deads 135x2x5 225x3 275x3 315x3 350x2x8 350x12 !! I think this was 12 reps, it might have been more. I also reset on most of the reps. Yoke Bar Squats 180x5 270x3x5 Getting tired on these Shrugs 225x20 315x20 405x15 495x12 405x15 315x20 Good volume on these, been a while since I have done heavy shrugs, I enjoyed them. Back Extensions 3 x 20 I felt awesome, but I got tired very fast. I am very happy with how strong I felt today. I think I am slowly gaining weight and it is helping my lifts tremendously. Next week is my max week, should be good.

Nice work Jeremy. Does Juggernaut recommend a specific 1RM test approach, or are you just going to go for it?
