Monday Easier Squat Day
Took it easier today, I am trying to recover for thursday's deadlift day. I was pretty sore from yesterday's training. My hips are very sore, just did not have the explosiveness. I think I need to switch my days soon. Squats 145x2x5 235x3 325x2 375x2 singles Pause Squats 335x3x3 225x3, 3 second pause in the hole. These were very tough today. GHR BW x 3 x 10 Abs on GHR BW x 3 x 15-20 Split Squats BW x 3 x 12 Reverse Hyper 3 x 10 Hoping that this workout was more of a recovery workout. Hoping to hit a really good deadlift this week. My body feels great overall, today was just tightness and tired muscles. Benching tomorrow, looking for 10 plus reps with 265.

Tuesday Bench Press Not Great
Felt very fatigued today, I think I may be getting some sort of cold. I am trying to knock it out before it gets here. I am taking some Emergen-C and increasing my BCAAs by a lot!! My body needs some assistance in recovering right now. Bench Press 135x5 175x5 205x4 235x3 265x2 275x1 290x1 305x1 265x9 Tied last week's number. Just did not have it today. High Incline DB Press 70s x 10 80s x 8, 7, 7 60s x 10 Everything felt like it got really worn out really fast. DB Rows 80s x 20 each 100s x 3 x 20 each arm Used straps, just wanted to crush some volume. Tricep Pushdown, Fat V Handle 150x12 170x12 190x10 210x6,5 I think there might have been some additional small weights on here, but I did not count them. Shoulder Circuit 2 rounds 12 Pound dbs Lateral Raise x 15 Front Raise x 15 Bent Over Raise x 15 Just an off day, I hope I am not getting sick. My throat feels a little scratchy and I just felt beat today after benching. I might to start a longer cycle completely over and just work on hitting some higher volume. Also, I need to incorporate the Incline DB press more, this is a tough one. I am thinking of switching every other week with klokov. Need to get my body recovered for thursday, hopefully a big deadlift workout coming!! Overall 265 for 9 is still a decent number for me, just need to get everything figured out on bench. Might start doing some slingshot work too. Next week I think I may floor press, need a break on the bench.
