Saturday Partial Squats
Went to the beach today, but I got back earlier. Was kind of tired but decided to just do partial squats, about 1/4 squats I guess. It actually went really well 1/4 Squats off pins 135x5 225x5 315x3 365x3 405x1 455x1 495x1 545x1 565x1, Most weight I ever had on my back!! 495x3 515x2 545x1 495x2x2 495x5, thought I was going to die BB Curls 95x3x8 Really enjoyed this workout. I have not done partial squats for a while.

Sunday Morning Ass Kickin'
Did some crossfit type stuff today, really pushed myself to the edge of puking. Good thing there was nothing in my system, did some dry heaving at the end of my workout love it!! 3 Rounds Total Tire Flips x 5 Sledge Hammer x 10 each side Hang Clean and Press x 8, 7, 6 Sled Push x 70 x about 40 yards (walked the sled back to the starting position after the sprint) Thought I was going to die! I was going to do a 4th round but it was just getting too hot out. My form on tire was getting bad at the end of my third set. Really do not want to hurt my low back on a conditioning day. Once again, very fun workout!! Except now I think I am going to die. Going to cool down and then eat as much as I can!

Monday Squat Day
Switched my days around now and this should work a lot better with my schedule. Had a solid training session. Squats 145x2x5 215x5 255x4 305x3 325x2 360x1 385x1 405x1, Pretty easy, happy with this! 350x 9, Solid number These felt great today, maybe had one more in the tank. But I was hoping for 8 reps and got one extra, good stuff Cambered Bar Box Squat, low box 150x5 240x5 290x2x3 Too worn out to do these Shrugs!!! 225x10 315x10 405x10 495x10 585x10 675x 5, 5 Loving the shrugs now, I have learned how to pick up the weight without putting all the stress on my low back. Going to work up to 10 reps with 675 then I will add a plate! Assistance will need to be easier on the max rep day. There is no way I can squat after maxing reps. It just does not go well. So I am getting more organized as I figure out this new cycle. Bench tomorrow.
