Sunday Morning Workout
Had to have the rental car back early for some other people, so I was one of the crazy people waiting out front of LA Fitness until they opened. Awesome, really killed it today, rest periods were crazy short. I tried using C&P rest periods, walk to the water fountain and back, really wore me out. Hang Snatches 95x2x3 115x2x3 135x4x3 95x2x3 Last 2 sets were very fast. Klokov Press 95x2x3 115x3 125x3 135x2x3 135x2, failed on third rep 115x2x3 135x2x3 Just had to man up on the last 2 sets. These are just awesome, my shoulders are blown up right now. I would suggest working into these slower, they put a lot of stress on the shoulder. Crazy awesome, I have never struggled this much on an OHP. DB Rows 90sx 10 each 125s x 3 x 8 Low Row Machine 2 plates each side x 12 2 plates and 25 x 12 Drop Set: 2 and 25 x 10, 2 plates x 9, 1 plate each side and 16 Great pump!! HAHA Great workout, looking to just relax today, and may hit another quick session later on, depending what we do. Actually have been discussing hiking again today, but not sure if that is really gonna happen. Might just relax at the pool. Back to work tomorrow.

Thanks swede!! Feeling great, I am thinking of doing front squats again tomorrow. They felt awesome the other day.
I would like to push them a little heavier.

Lots of logging to do so lets not waste any time.
Sunday 2nd session It rained, so I trained, haha. Did this at hotel and was motivated by some other people here to hit JM Press JM Press On smith machine No clue of the weights x about 5-7 sets x 10-12 reps EZ Bar Curls 55x15 75x12 85x12 95x a few sets of 10 -12 Various ab exercises done in between exercises, no more than 30 seconds rest

Monday AM Workout
Again waiting outside of LA fitness at 5am to get a session in, hit it hard. Front Squats 95x2x5 135x2x3 185x3 225x3 275x1 295x1 315x1 Little high here, weight started forward 275x1 225x2 singles paused at bottom Loving the front squats this week, planning Wednesday to do a heavy back squat session and then no squatting until next Monday or Tuesday. Close Grip Bench Press 135x2x5 185x3 225x3 245x3 275x3 275x2 singles paused 245x3 singles longer pause 225x1 single very long pause These felt good, but it is just very awkward to lift the bar out because the bench angles back. I feel like my wrists and shoulders might just explode. Solid session overall, felt pretty strong. Not sure what I am going to do tomorrow, but I know wednesday I am going to kill back squats. That will be the only exercise I do on Wednesday, so I squat until I die. Tuesday PM session Did some running Ran about a mile straight in about 9 minutes Then ran back to the hotel but had some walking intermixed there. Felt pretty good it is nice running on flat land here haha. Very happy with my commitment to training while in Phoenix, I have just been having fun with my training. I think I am going to do Klokov press again tomorrow and work up to a max single. Then might take it a little easier with maybe pull ups and dips or something like that. I will see how I feel in the morning.
