Saturday Fun Session
Today was a very laid back day in the gym, there was quite a few of us kind of training and hanging out for a while. Got in some decent work too. Speed Box Squats Cambered Bar *used doubled average bands, tons of tension at the top 150x 2 x 2 200 x 8 x 2 Very short rest GMs 110 x 5 130 x 2 x 5 Easing the lower back into things Walking Lunges 35s x 3 x around 10 reps each leg Back Extension BW x 12 plus mini band x 3 x 10 Really focusing on a stretch and squeeze Reverse Hyper 2 plates x 2 x 20 Good session, training will be messed up for the next 2 weeks. Being that I will be in Phoenix, probably will be good to give myself a couple days off. I should figure out something by Tuesday or Wednesday and then I should get in some sessions

Thanks btb, but I assure you I will still be training hard haha. It is difficult for me to just do nothing for more than a day or two.
Quick Conditioning Workout before I leave Dynamic Warmup Sprints 5 sprints x back pedal then sprint back 20-30 yards Hill Sprints x 5 x around 60-70 yards (only slightly uphill) The Bear 95 pounds x 3, 4, 5 Need to get back into this, my squats feel awful on these. Not sure why, but these were tough. Maybe too much sprinting before hand, not sure, will do them more That was it, got it in before it got too hot here. I will be leaving in a couple hours, take to relax before my 5 hour flight.

I am in Phoenix as most of you know from my logs. Having a really good time. We are staying in a resort so the fitness center is actually pretty nice. However tomorrow I plan on heading to LA Fitness, turns out the gym I was looking at is actually pretty far away. But LA is close and they have a squat rack. I have trained the last 2 days, but kind of random. I am going to do a C&P style workout. When I go to the gym I will do a squat push and pull, when I am here I will train what I can
Monday EZ bar Circuit Curls/Skull Crushers 55x15 each 75 x 12 each 85 x 10 each 95 x 10 each 105 x 10 each Abs Decline sit ups I think I actually did more sets than this, but I took very limited rest 15-30 seconds between exercises. Tuesday Pull Ups BW x 6 sets x 10-12 reps Standing DB Press 30s x 20 40sx 20 50s x 12 70s x 8, 6, 5 These were also done back in forth about 30 seconds rest. DB Pull Overs 50s x 3 x 10 After this played basketball for about an hour. And I was beat, but had to go to the bar. Very interesting time out here. It is very very hot, but so far so good. Hoping to get a squat workout in tomorrow.

So I have a lot of catching up to do here. Doing a C&P style workout, very chaotic, body feels good so I am just getting after it. LA fitness is not bad, they have squat racks and barbells so that is all that is needed. There is also some great scenery.
Wednesday Squats 135x2x5 225x3 275x3 315x3 365x3 385x3 405x1 365x2x3 315x3x3 Form felt good and the hips felt very rested. Incline Close Grip Press 135x2x5 185x3 205x2x3 225x4x3 245x3x3 225x3 Row Machine Plate Load *single arm 2 plates x 15 each arm 3 plates x 10 each arm 3 plates plus 25 x 4-5 sets x 6-8 reps Solid training session, weight felt heavy on the squats but form felt pretty good. Thursday 5am workout!! Hang Cleans 135x2x5 185x2x3 205x3 225x3x3 185x3 Used straps on everything above 205, bars just have nothing and no chalk allowed BTN Push Press 135x2x3 185x7-8 sets x 3 reps Squats off Pins *started at bottom, 2 inches above parallel, approx 135x2x5 225x3 315x1 335x4 singles Thursday PM Workout Pull Ups / dips super set BW x 3 x 10-12/ BW x 3 x 12-15 Curls SS w/ Pushdown 75 x 5 x 10-12 reps Superset 150x 5 x 12 Abs were mixed in with all exercises, did decline sit ups and leg raises Having a lot of fun in Phoenix, I figure I am going to squat again tomorrow morning and then I will probably take the weekend off depending what our plans are. Probably some drinking and planning on doing a hike. That will be interesting, being that it is 112 here on average. Planning to go around 5am on Sunday probably. Overall everything is going great here, things are just crazy with a 3 hour time difference from back home.

Got in some good training sessions the last couple days, squatted again friday, that was 3 days in a row!! And today I did one of the most rigorous hikes of my life even though it was short. Tons of fun, I will get some pics up when I get back, it was amazing.
Friday Bench Press 135x2x5 185x3 225x3 255x3 285x2 singles 295 x 3 singles 275 x 3 singles, long pause 245 x 3 singles, even longer pause Front Squats 135x2x5 185x3 205x3 225x3 245x3 275x 2 singles 295x3 singles 225x3 pause squats Shrugs on Plate Load Maching 3 plates each side x 3 x 25
