Monday Bench Press
Bench finally felt better today, weights were moving nicely. Lower back is almost healed. Could feel a little soreness today, but nothing serious. Did some light reverse hypers at the beginning and end of the workout. Tomorrow after squats I will do heavier reverse hypers, and core training. Bench Press 135x5 155x5 185x4 215x3 245x2 285x1 finally felt easy 260x 9 Not sure if this was a PR but definitely felt a lot better than the 240 from last week. Reps were more strict and tight and smooth. Getting better. Pull Ups-high volume, different grips Wide Angled grip x bw x 10 Wide angled x bw plus 30 chain x 8 Wide Neutral x bw plus 30 x 10 Close Neutral x bw x 8 wide neutral plus 30 x 8 wide angled plus 30 x 6 wide angled bw x 8 Wow that was a lot more than I thought, felt good. Skull Crushers 65x12 85x10 105x 6, 8, 8 85x16 These felt very strong Wide Neutral Face Pulls 90x15 180x10 225x8, 6 Single Arm Band Pushdown Light band x 3 x 15 each arm Awesome session. Especially since I felt dead tired at the end of work today. I did not sleep well last night, but once I got started I killed it! Hoping squats go well tomorrow, dropping the weight a little bit and going back to my chucks. Getting back to my roots, haha. Just a little more variety for a while.

Tuesday Squats in Chucks
Back to my roots, squatting in my chucks. I think I have allowed my hamstrings to fall behind due to the heels on my shoes. Allowing me to use more quads in my squats. Squats 145x5 175x5 215x4 255x3 295x2 335x1 315x9 Solid set, need to readjust to the flat shoes. I like the fact that I can feel the weight through my heels. I can feel the soreness in my glutes and hammies. GHR BW x 12 plus mini x 2 x 8 BW x 12 Wow hamstrings were so tight, almost cramped. Reverse Hyper 2 plates x 15 4 plates x 12 4 plates and 25s x 3 x 10 Really starting to get these. That is it. Lower back felt great today, debated doing deads but decided to wait. Need to keep working form with the flat shoes, but they felt great today. It was like a completely new lift again. Time to crush squats.

Wednesday Quick Session
Heading to the beach for 4th of July, but I got it in. Session was only 30 minutes, just goes to show when you focus you can get stuff done Hang Cleans 95x2x5 135x2x5 185x 8 sets x 3 reps Very minimal rest, right around 30 seconds Core Decline Sit ups Poor Man reverse hyper Light curls/tri extensions Lower back felt great. Even though I am pretty sore from squats yesterday, body needs to adjust again. Will be crushing it again soon!
