Sprints w/ sled *all about 25 yards 25 x 2 45x2 70x2 Prowler Sim 45x2 70x2 Good extra workout, my body is wore out from today. Hoping for a solid bench press session tomorrow.

Yea, she is just as crazy as me. She ran the Philadelphia marathon last year. She ran cross country for a very long time, trying to convert her to heavy weights, but she does not like it yet. She will with time, haha.
Sled work is fun, just kind of wore me out yesterday. Body was very tired today.

Monday Bench Press
Bench felt good, weights still feel heavy on bench. the set up is still feeling a little awkward. Had a slight mishap on my burnout set, good thing there were people in the gym. Bench Press 135x5 165x4 205x3 235x2 275x1 240x 14 Win! Up one rep from last week Failed on rep 15, got it half way up and it came back down. Bar was just stuck on my chest, my buddy came to the rescue haha. Set up still does not feel great, I think it is my low back messing with me. Pull Ups BW x 10 Plus 30 chain x 10 PR plus 60 x 5, not great plus 30 x 8, 6 BW x 14 These felt good, loving the pull ups. Skull Crushers *all sets with short mini bands 45x12 65x10 85x3x6 These are progressing nicely, I like them. Hammer Curls 40s x 3 x 8 Band Pull A Parts Mini x 3 x 20 Reverse Hyper 2 plates x 3 x 10-15 Really starting to figure these out. Solid session today, I think I had a slight lack of calories over the weekend. I need to make sure I eat a lot more after strongman training. Yesterday was a very active day, with only a decent amount of calories. Post workout meal needs to be huge to recover for the week. Looking for some good squats tomorrow. Planning to lighten up the weights on my next cycle of squats and go back to my chucks for a while. I think it will help my overall squat form. Got keep some variety.

Tuesday Squats
Getting better, decided to put knee wraps on today just to feel them out. They help me hit depth with heavier weight because I am much more confident. Squats 145x2x5 235x5 265x4 305x3 355x2 415x1 Wraps 370 x 7 Win, plus 3 reps but kinda cheated because I used wraps. The wraps kinda help two things here, they make me sit back harder and also they give me a lot of confidence to sink into the hole. I think I will continue to use them more just on my heavier weeks. Back Extensions Monster mini band x 3 x 15 ABs on GHR BW x 3 x 15 Reverse Hyper 2 plates x 15 4 plates x 2 x 10-12 4 plates and 2 25s x 10 4 plates x 10-12 I always look track of my reps on these. I am really starting to find my groove on them. I have been watching a lot of Louis' videos on doing these. I think previously I was going to fast to get any benefit. Now they are starting to really feel good. Good workout today, took my time on squats. For my next cycle I am going to lighten the weights a little and go back to my chucks. I want to feel the difference to experiment with both kinds of shoes. On July 8th I go to Phoenix for 2 weeks, for training with work. Not sure how much I will get to train, but I figure on the Big-15 template I should get most things in. Back is starting to feel better. Felt fine on squats, tried to do a couple sumo deads, and those felt terrible. Hoping the reverse hyper will get me healed up. Focusing on core strength.
