Thank you for all of those words chillen!! They meant a lot, I appreciate your words of wisdom buddy.
From what I hear she would like to keep it, but I am not sure she can. I do not know if anyone wants to take it over. It takes a special person to keep these guys in line.

Deload Week, Mostly Speed Work
Bench Press w/ chains 135x2x5 w/ 1 sets of chain each side 135x2x3 w/ 2 sets of chain each side 135x6x3 w 3 sets of chain each side these last sets were heavy, but I felt explosive, not sure on the exact weight of the chain. But I think it was around 140-150 pounds on the heavy sets Pendlay Rows 135x2x5 185x5 205x5 225x3x5 I need to work on these and really explode off the floor. Overhead Tricep Extension w/ swiss bar 55x12 75x3x8 75x10 to finish up Lat Pulldown 90x20 135x15 160x2x12 Really good reps here, squeezed the back hard, full range of motion. Band Tricep Extensions Doubled Mini x 3 x 20 Awesome pump and burn. Good workout today, my body is feeling pretty good right now. Legs are sore but all good soreness. Also, my joints felt good today, I need to be more consistent with my fish oil. Its all good, more speed workouts to come this week.

Thanks ripped, I might give joint rehab a try anyway. Probably after christmas and when I go to more of a high volume workout. Then I need the joint support

Tuesday Weird Conditioning day
It was raining outside so I could not do my normal sprints or sled drags but I made it work in my basement. I only had a 35 lb plate down there so here is what I did. Burpees 1x10 1x12 1x20, this was my all out set, almost puked 1x14 These were done with the 35, basically a pushup, grab the weight, standup, push it over head, lower repeat. As fast as possible, I usually like to do these heavier, but it worked. In between sets I did 4 sets of pull ups, all 8-10 reps Decline sit ups 4 x 15 Curls with band 2x20 Finished up with a different version of burpees, something I think crossfitters do: Push up, stand up, pull up back down 2x10 These were not nearly as hard as I thought they would be Overall a fun workout. Tomorrow I should hear back about the squat rack I have been looking into. Hopefully it is a go, then I will order a decent bar. And find some used weights on craigslist. If all goes to plan, I will have a full gym in basement by christmas time!!!!

I have been dreaming of a home gym for a long time! Now is the time to finally commit and get it done.
I will find out tomorrow if I am getting. The guy who is selling the cage is out of town until tomorrow, and he wants to measure the rack one more time to make sure it will fit in my basement. I will keep everyone updated!
