Thursday ME Bench
Solid PR today on floor press, I really like floor press Floor Press 135x2x5 225x3,1 275x1 315x1 335x1 360x1 PR 325 x 5 singles, solid Good amount of work here, the 360 was not all that pretty but it went. And the singles of 325 all felt solid, last 2 were grinders DB Rows, no straps tonight 80s x 12 120s x 8 140s x 3 x 6 120s x8 These felt strong tonight! Strict Standing BTN Press 95 x 12 135x3x6 Face Pulls 105 x 3 x 10 Band Tricep Extension doubled mini x 20 doubled monster mini x 2 x 20 doubled MM x 1 x 15, died here Solid workout, shoulders are still feeling a little beat up. May need to cut down the overhead pressing for a workout or 2. I think next week I am going to start chaos513 for my ME for squat and bench. This will be a 6-8 week experiment to see how I feel. I am afraid it might just wear me out. I will post more this weekend.

So I am definitely addicted to working out
It is very hard for me to take days off, I feel like I need to train when I get done work. probably because I look forward to it all day while I am in my cube! Tonight I had to help my dad out after work on a job, and I have to work tomorrow with him again. I thought it would be a good idea to take it easy tonight, Nope, got home and just had the urge to train!! Hang Cleans 135x2x5 185x3 205x3 225x3x3 225x2 225 x 2 singles Almost hit failure a few times here, just dropped the reps until I was too tired to go on. Very short rest periods. Bis and Tris Superset Fat grip curlz ss w/ tricep pushdown (dont know the weights for tris bar x 20 / 20 65x15/ 20 75x2x 12/ 2 x 15 65x15 / 20 That is it, even shorter rest her, awesome pump! Did some abs and called it. Now I am going to crush bacon and eggs until I pass out. Much needed calories right now.

Saturday DE squats kinda
Had to work for my dad again today, and it was a brutal job. Spent most of my day in an attic doing duct work. This meant I was in all sorts of weird positions for long periods of time. Not good for squats, but did them any way, short and sweet. Speed squats, no box **all sets plus average band 135x2x5 225x2x3 245x2x2 275x2 295x2 315x 3 singles 225x3 My squats felt off, my depth did not feel spot on. It was close, but just feeling beat up from working all day. One Arm Deads 135 x 2 singles each arm 185x1 single each arm Just messing around, I was already done. These are tough!! Just wanted to get my squats in. I am going to do a hard workout tomorrow and then I am thinking of doing a serious deload next week. Gonna see how I feel tomorrow and monday, but I think I need. Probaby 6 weeks of training heavy 6 days a week. Might be time, I will see how I feel. I am still hitting PRs though, so maybe maybe not. Hoping the weather holds up tomorrow, I want to do heavy farmers! Then maybe some light log for reps, we will see.
