I really like it so far, right now the sets of 10 are really shocking my body. But overall its great so far. I will have to check out your log and see the hybrid!

Wednesday Awesome Deadlift Workout!!
Went pretty crazy in the gym tonight, really hit it hard! Deadlifts 135x2x5 225x5 245x5 275x5 295x2x10 295x12 Had plenty left in the tank here, next week I am going to look to hit 305 for around 20! Safety Bar Box Squats 180x5 270x5 320x2x5 360x4 Awesome! Never gone this heavy on the yoke bar before but if felt great. I was shooting for 3 on the last set and hit a 4th, probably had a 5th in me but no spotter so I played it safe. Shrugs 225x20 315x20 405x2x20 GHRs BW plus mini x 3 x 15 These were killer after the heavy work Neutral Grip Pullovers 45x2x10 70x2x10 Kept these light just to get some blood flow in the back. Reverse Hypers 2 plates x 2 x 15 4 plates x 2 x 15 Really focused on getting a full range of motion and trying to get some rehab on my back. It still bothers me from time to time. Overall just an awesome workout, tomorrow I will do OHP and some good assistance work, then saturday I am looking to crush some squats. May be checking out some used equipment this weekend also.

Thanksgiving Day Workout!
Had a good session this morning and was able to hit it pretty hard. Shoulders were actually feeling really good today. Were feeling a little beat up lately. Standing OHP 100x5 115x5 125x2x10 125x12 Had some left in the tank here. Bent Over Rows, bar in corner 2 plates x 10 3 plates x 10 4 plates x 2 x 8 3 plates x 10 Dips BW x 10 BW plus 30 lb chain x 10 BW plus 60 lbs of chain x 4 x 10 Pull Ups BW x 8 Bw plus 30 lb chain x 3 x 6 Tate Press 55s x 4 x 6 Band Pull Aparts Monster Mini x 3 x 10-20 Lateral raise/ front raise 10s x 2x 20 15s x 2 x 15 Good workout today, really got me in the mood to eat. Today should be good for the bulking! Saturday I am going to be squatting and after that I may go check out some used equipment and see what this guy has got. Looks decent from the pics.
