Thanks guys!! Feeling the tightness in my glutes mainly. I will probably have some serious soreness tomorrow.
Not sure what I am going to do but I will hit something. I am thinking front squats.

Sunday Soreness Workout
It was very difficult for me to get out of bed today. I was pretty sore, but only really in my glutes, so it was definitely soreness I could train through. So I did ATG Front Squats 95x6 135x3 185x3 225x3 245x1 275x1 Good number! 225x3 Very happy with these, was able to really get deep into them. I forgot how much I love doing front squats, they need to be a staple again in my training. I used the strap method, where you attach straps to the bar and hold the straps rather than the bar. Easier on the elbows ABs Lots of decline situps with and without weights Snatch Grip Shrugs 135x50 225x2x50 Light weight getting the blood flowing Fun workout today. I started using ZMA last night and I must say I had some crazy dreams. Felt like I got a much deeper sleep, good stuff. We will see how it goes, I will keep my thoughts in here every few days.

Very strong front squating. Great session. The strap method is new to me, but I am interested. I am having trouble visualizing it though. I'll have to google it!

Monday Bench Press
Felt strong on the bench today, I always get a little nervous training heavy by myself but it is good motivation to get the bar off your chest. Felt very strong on bench, next week will be a good test! Bench Press 135x2x5 185x3 225x3 275x1 290x 5 sets x 3 reps All sets felt very strong!! The first rep of each set flew off my chest. Neutral grip lat pulldown to chin 180x10 225x8 270x2x5 225x10 180x a lot Incline DB press 70s x 15 80sx 10 90s x 3 x 8 Tricep Pushdown Wide Fat Grip 45x15 70x15 90 x 3 x 10 These blast my tris! Neutral Grip Pullover 45x15 90x3x10 Good workout tonight, felt solid. Legs are still very sore, kinda convenient since tomorrow is valentines day so I will just take the day off and push deads to Wednesday. My assistance Wednesday will be very easy, just probably GHRs and some shrugs. It will be a late workout but it should be fine.

Wednesday Deadlifts
Decent workout today, I do not like working out on Wednesdays. It is my late day to work, so everything is just off. Form felt off today, but I hit all of my sets. Deadlifts Warmups 225x2x3,315x1,365x1, 405x1 455x 5 sets x 3 reps Some sets felt good, some felt awful, but I got all the reps in. Pull Throughs 70x2x10 115x2x8 Low back was crazy pumped GHRs BW x 10 bw plus chain around neck x 3 x 10 Abs on GHR BW x 15 chain on chest x 3 x 12 Hip Work with the band Stiff legged deads 135x2x10 really focused on a stretch here. Hit some hammer curls too. Kept the assistance pretty easy today, I just did not have it today. I prefer working out on Tuesdays, my body is much more ready to go. Not a fan of Wednesdays. Its all good, I just pushed thru. Tomorrow is military press, hoping for another solid session!
