Thanks guys!! I appreciate the support!
This program is brutal. But no program is perfect, the only problem i have with the program is not feeling heavy weights for a long time. Mostly just for my bench. I am excited to see what my maxes are when I finish this cycle. Deload next week and then 3s!!

the threes cycle is 3 weeks and a deload, after that will be meet prep. Probably work up to a max and then back off for a couple weeks with high volume.
I do not really have a plan right now. Just finishing jugg then I will go from there

Thursday Solid Workout
Felt pretty strong tonight, shoulders were still a little sore from monday but hit the number I was hoping to hit. Standing OHP 95x2x5 135x5, 3 175x 7 Probably a PR I find that when I use heavy weights on ohp my form tends to get pretty ugly. I was able to hold it together tonight. Pendlay Rows 135x10 185x8 225x3x6 135x20 Incline Skull Crusher 75x2x15 95x15 105x2x12 Face Pulls 90x 3 x 15 Kettlebell Skull Crushers 25s x 20 35s x 3 x 15 KB lateral Raises 15s x 3 x 15 Solid workout today. Nothing special, but I think the OHP numbers are moving up slowly. Looking to hit some big weights with sets of 3. Saturday is going to be another fun workout. Doing reverse band squats with the group at the gym. I am looking to put a lot of weight on my back!!

Saturday Kind Of weird workout
First of all I was at the gym for like 4 hours which I was not prepared for. Went for a big raw squat, also not prepared for and then hit some decent numbers. Squats 145x5 235x3 325x2 375x1 415x1 Easy 455 x miss, really close, should of had this. Just a tiny help out of the hole Add Revers doubled monster minis 495x1 555x1 605x1 Huge numbers here!! The bands helped quite a bit. I was told they only take off 100 at the bottom, but I am not sure I believe that. After this I had about a 1 hour and 30 minute delay. Helping the guys with gear and watching some huge reverse band squats. The gym owner hit 1075, but it was pretty high. Still Crazy!! Sumo Deads 135x3 245x1 335x1 415x1 495x1 Pretty easy 565x miss Totally misjudged the weight, I forgot we had 100 pound plates on the bar. Thought this was only 545, no big deal. Would have been a huge PR Reverse Hypers 90 plus minis x 3 x 15 Abs on GHR 3 x 20 Weird Row Variation, not sure how to describe it, kind of a t-bar row 5 plates x 8 sets x 8 reps This had a limited ROM but was tough. I am thinking of squatting again tomorrow. Just doing heavy singles, I need to get more confident with near max weights on my back. Possible knee wraps tomorrow. We will see how I feel when I wake up.

It must be quite a rush to come out of the hole with 600 lbs, even if the bands are helping. I'd also imagine there's an "Oh Crap" moment when you're standing there with 600 lbs thinking about starting the lift.
