Saturday Jugg Max Week
very good start to the week here, squats felt very good. Form felt the best it has felt in a while.

Squats
145x2x5
235x2x3
325x2x2
385x 9 PR!!!!!!!!!
These was awesome, I was able to get my back really tight and hit good depth on all but maybe one rep. Really looking forward to heavier weights now!

Squats with chains
145 plus chains x 2 x 5
245 plus chains x 2 x 3
Really wanted to work on some more form and depth, these were really easy but felt good.

Stiff Legged Deadlifts
135x12
225x2x6
275x5
135x15
These felt ok, they never really feel good to me. But I got a good stretch in the hammies.

DB Shrugs
100s x 3 x 20

Back Extenisons
BW plus doubled mini x 3 x 12
These hit my low back really hard, I think I need to do them more often with the heavy tension and focus on squeezing at the top.

Did some hip work with mini bands, gotta keep up the hip work.

Overall great workout, very happy with my squats. Tomorrow I will probably do another squat workout. I am thinking squats off pins, because I truly believe they help me recover a lot and help with form. I will see what tomorrow brings.

Sunday Morning Training, Recovery Work, kinda

Squats Starting from bottom position off pins
Went slightly above parallel, I actually think it was right at parallel and used some bands
****All sets plus average bands!
135x2x3
185x2x2
225x2x singles
245x1
275x 2 singles
225x 2 singles
These felt very good even though my legs are pretty sore.

Shrugs, extra wide grip
225x20
315x3x20
The wide grip really hits ya hard.

Decline Sit ups
BW x 3 x 15-20
didn't count

Felt pretty good today, my hamstrings are really sore but that is a good thing. Time to eat, these legs gotta recover before tuesday's big sumo workout!

Monday Jugg Bench Workout
Kind of a disappointing work out today. I thought I would have got a few more reps on bench. I just could not get tight on the bench today, low back was tight. Just did not feel right. Oh well, hit my reps I needed to hit.

Bench Press
135x2x5
185x3
225x3
255x1
290x5
Pretty close to a pr, reps were all very slow. Just not my normal big set. Not sure what it was today.

Neutral Grip Pulldown
180x10
225x2x8
250x2x6
180x10
Really focused on the squeeze here.

Close Grip Bench
225x6 sets x 5 reps
These felt solid, not great but alright.

Tricep Pushdown with grenade handles
150x12
170x2x10
150x12
These crush the triceps!

Band Pull A parts
Mini x 20
Monster Mini x 2 x 20

That is it. Feeling some minor tenderness in my shoulders. Must have slept wrong. I hope tomorrow is a better workout. Work was stressful today, we had a snow storm over the weekend, so of course there were a lot of accidents.

Tomorrow should be a better today. Legs are still a little sore, but I should be fine tomorrow. 440 on sumos for 5 plus. Looking for 9 or 10 at least. I will be happy to start sets of 3!

Jugg Deadlift Max Reps
Much better day today, work was a lot better. Much less stressful than yesterday. And it paid off.

Sumo Deadlifts
135x2x5
225x3
315x1
365x1
405x1
445x 10 PR!!!!
This was an awesome number, I was really hoping for ten but thinking I would get more like 8. I am very happy with this number, I had one or two more in the tank but my form was getting sloppy.

GHR
BW x 3 x 15

Pull Ups
5 x 8
Varied grips here

Reverse Hyper
90x 12
180x 3 x 12

Lots of foam rolling.

Deadlifts wore me out. I did not have much left in the tank after that set. My legs were pretty sore to start too. So, I am very happy with my performance today. Looking forward to sets of 3. This saturday I am going to workout with the group at the gym on some reverse band squats. Will probably go heavy there, then deload.

Love it!
