Quick Friday Night session
Just some quick body weight stuff a little cable work, just getting loosened up really. Looking for a huge workout tomorrow. Inverted Rows BW x 3 x 15 BW plus 25 x 2 x 15 I really like these! Tricep Pushdown 70 x 5 x 20 Reverse Curls 45 x 20 65 x 2 x 12 Need to get the fat grips going on these. Not tonight, still some soreness in my wrist. Big squat workout tomorrow, I am hoping to get some good sleep tonight and then crush it tomorrow!

Saturday Madness Workout!!
Spent like 3 hours at the gym on saturday, but it was well worth it. Squats were not great, but everything else was! Squats 350 x 4 sets x 5 reps Hips were killing, and I was having some trouble hitting my groove. Squats will come, just gotta keep hittin em hard. Sumo Deficit Deadlifts 225x2x3 315x1 405x1 455x1 495x1 PR!!!!! 405x3x3 This was just crazy, this is more than I have ever done sumo off the floor. And more than I have ever done from a deficit sumo or conventional. Deads are feeling strong!! Shrugs 315x15 405x15 495x15 585x10 Have not done heavy shrugs in a while, traps hurt today! Powerlifting Circuit, haha Pull Throughs 90 x 3 x 12 Curls 75x3 x 12-15 Sit ups on GHR 3 x 15 Awesome workout, felt great to get some heavy weight in my hands. 495 went up solid, the back off sets were tough though. Rightfully so. I hope my squat catches up with my deadlift. I am hoping for an awesome total. Very happy with my sumos, first time ever doing them from a deficit. I really like sumos. The day after I do heavy sumos I still feel great, my low back is tight but not killing me. If I max out anything conventional, I am crippled the next day. Not sumos, I like it.

Sunday Quick Recovery Workout
Front squats from bottom Very deep! 135x2x3 185x2 singles 225x2 singles 245x1 275x miss, legs were dead 225x1 These felt good, really set the bar to good depth and hit some decent weight. Stone Lifting Imitation (bar in the corner and basically deadlift the weights on one side) 140 x 2x 3 165 x a few sets x 3 This is a decent movement, does not really feel like stone lifting but it is a decent movement. Hits a lot of different muscles. Worth a try.
