Subbed to your journal. I am just starting a cycle of Juggs myself so it was fun browsing through your pages. Last time I ran Juggs I didn't make it all the way through due to injury so I'm looking forward to running it all the way through this time.

What percentages do deload at? Both weight and volume wise.

Crush it.
Right now my body is very sore, legs and low back are sore. But that is probably from squatting 2 days in a row and some tire flipping today! Overall I feel good, I am focused and my joints feel good. All good soreness going on.

Glad you enjoyed it, I like the program, but it is a lot of high rep work. I think I would cut it down if I ran it again. I would get rid of the 10s and possibly the 8s, 8 weeks straight of high reps is a long time.

Honestly, I have no idea. I really go on feel and use deload weeks to switch things up and basically do Dynamic Effort work on like a westside program. Probably anywhere from 50-60% but with some bands or chains.

I usually hit low reps but quite a few sets. For me I really cut down on my assistance, usually just bodyweight work and more cable work than usual. If I really think I need a good deload, I take it but after 2-3 days of light stuff I am ready to go.

Painful but awesome workout!
So i mentioned before that I really tweaked my wrist and today it hurt a lot. I had to really wrap it tight and fight through the pain. But my bench felt amazing even with the sore wrist.

Bench Press
135x2x5
185x5
235x5x5
235x10 !!!!!!!!
These were super easy and fast, controlled all the way, could have paused every rep if I wanted.
Took it easy on assistance for my wrist.

Neutral Grip Pulldowns
high elbows to chin
180x10
225x8
370x2x6
full range to chest
180x2x10
really felt the squeeze

Banded tri extension
Monster mini x 4 x 15

Seemed like everything else I tried hurt my wrist so I just hit some volume with the bands and got a good pump.

Gonna wait until Wednesday I think to deadlift. Rough weekend for the legs but I love it!

Tuesday deadlifts
I was gonna wait until tomorrow to do deads, but I just felt good today. Less stressful day at work, slept well and got out of work right at 5. So I decided to train, energy was good and hips felt good!!

Sumo Deads
135x2x5
225x3, 1
315x3
365x5x5
365x8 !!!!
Pretty happy with my numbers here, the set of 8 was pretty easy even after the 5x5. The first set flew off the ground, feeling strong and form feels good too. Just gotta keep pushing!

Yoke Bar Box Squats
180x5
270x5
320x5
360x2x5 PR, pretty sure
These felt very strong, I really try to focus on sitting way back with these and staying tight and upright. Felt good

Band Work on hips
mini band x 3 x 20
mini doubled around knees and then push out

Reverse Hypers
90 plus 2 doubled micro minis x 3 x 10-15
Not sure of reps on these but they felt good

Overall felt very good today and very strong. Wrist feels significantly better should be good for thursday. I think I am just gonna hit some pull ups and abs tomorrow. Deadlifts are really feeling great.

I will probably be cutting down on assistance a little bit since the volume is pretty high with heavier weights. 6 sets of heavy deads is pretty rough!
