Pull Ups BW x 5 x 10 Dips BW x 3 x 25 BW plus mini band x 2 x 20 Chin UPs 2 x 10 Hang Cleans 135x2x5 185x2x3 185x5 Good workout got really loose and felt pretty strong. Tomorrow is going to be speed squats and speed deads both done with band tension. Also going to try out my new belt tomorrow, the 13mm lever belt. This thing is a serious belt!

Wednesday Deload Speed Day
Speed Squats 145 plus average band x 2 x 5 235 plus average band x 2 x 2 255 plus average x 2 x 2 275 plus average x 2 x 2 285 plus average band x 4 sets x 2 reps These felt pretty strong today, form feels good too. Speed Sumo Deadlifts 135 plus short light bands x 5 225 plus short light x 2 315 plus short light x 4 singles 365 plus short light x 2 singles These all felt very easy, I wanted to give my body a little break so I did not go any higher. GHRs BW x 3 x 20 ABs on GHR BW x 3 x 20 Reverse Hyper 90x 2 x 15 Felt good today, I loosened up very well. Had some hip tightness, but I always do. Too much sitting, what are you gonna do? Gotta work. Anyways I used the new 13mm Lever Belt and it was awesome. Crazy support, made everything feel much stronger. I have to get used to it really digging in, but that should be fine in a couple weeks.

I do my deloads at a much higher percentage than most people. I cut the volume more than anything, that seems to help with recovery more than anything.

Thursday Solid Deload Workout
Decided to kinda give my shoulders a break and just some blood flowing today. I originally planned to do push press, but needed some rest. Floor Press 135x5 225x2x5 245x 6x3 Might have been seven sets, but who cares really. Strict BTN Press, standing 95x4x10 Good pump and stretch Pendlay Rows 135x10 185x5 225x2x5 245x2x5 225x2x5 Wow did a lot more sets than I thought Tate Press 55s x 4 x 8 Also did some light pushdowns and some facepulls, nothing worth documenting. Overall very good workout, Saturday starts the next step in the Juggernaut program, I am excited for some lower reps!! 5s

Juggernaut Squats, beginning of the 5s cycle
I was pretty tired at the gym today. I had to get up early and work with my dad. This involved very heavy lifting of a heater up and down steps, but still a good session. Squats 315x5x5 315x6 Hips were hurting, I need to do more hip work in my recovery stuff. Deficit Deadlifts, off 6 mats, feet barely fit under the bar 135x3 225x3 315x1 365x1 405x2 singles Low back was hurting a bit here. KB Swings 50lb x 12 55 x 4 x 10 These felt good to really loosen my back and work on explosive power. Banded Hip work not sure what to call this stuff, but it works the hips hard. Quick workout today, had to get back to work. Overall I am happy with the start of the third cycle of Juggernaut, weights felt a little heavy but next week will be better!

Sunday Morning Madness and a little stupidity
When I woke up today, I was feeling very sore and stiff. So I did the only thing that makes me feel better, training!! Here is what I did Bottom Position Squats off pins 135x2x3 185x3 225x3 275x3x3 Bottom Position Front Squats 135x3 185x3 225x3x3 This was the first time I have done these, and they will now be a staple in my training. I miss front squats, and I like doing them this way a lot! Hang Cleans 135x2x3 185x7 or 8 sets x 3 First rep was actually a power clean off the floor and then 2 hang cleans, but whatever Here was the stupidity part, I was removing the bar from the j hooks to put it down on the pins when I switched from back to front squats, so I grabbed in and kind of did this ugly clean negative type move and I tweaked my wrist pretty good. Nothing that will stop anything, I was just very angry with my self for being stupid. Now I am going to stuff myself like a pig, Boucher said he might want to do strongman later. I better rest up!

Quick Tire Flipping Session
Boucher came over and did some tire flips, trying to get him back on the site but he is crazy busy right now with work, lifting, his wedding and fire fighting. He will be back when life settles down Tire Flips went like this 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 5, 4, 3 Good volume, we kept the pace up pretty good too. I did not want to do too much, just enough to get in some good conditioning work
