Pull Ups 4 sets x 12 reps Felt very strong on these!! Dips BW x 20, 25, 25, 20 Inverted rows BW x 3 x 15 Band Extension Mini band doubled x 5 x 20 Couple sets of curls 65 x ? x ? Felt good today, just wanted to get some blood flowing. Tomorrow starts my "deload" i will still go pretty hard just doing different stuff. Tomorrow will be speed squats and whatever else I feel like doing. Possible strongman on sunday, I think it is supposed to be kinda warm here

So My deload day turned into a Max Effort Day!!!
So today was the first time I have trained with my group for a while. With the holidays it has just been crazy. I was supposed to deload today, but I thought I would end the year right, and I did!!! Box Squats (the box felt a little high, but I am happy b/c that means my squat depth has been good!) 145x5 235x3 325x1 375x1 415x1 Added reverse minis doubled 455x1 485x1 525x1 565x1 PR This is the most weight I have ever had on my back and it felt light, this rep went smooth but it was pretty slow. So I cut it off there, very happy with this number!! Sumo Deadlifts off 6 mats *these are a huge weakness for me, the bar starts at an awkward level so it is all hips and low back 135x3 225x3 315x2 405x1 455x1 495x1 525x1 PR 545x1 PR Crushed another huge number here! This is after doing a max rep set of deads earlier in the week!!!!! GHRs mini around neck x 5 x 12 DB Shrugs 50s x 45, 35, 30 Crazy pump, but easy Back extensions BW x 3 x 20 Just to strectch out really Very happy with today, this is the best I have felt in a long time. Squats felt solid, 415x1 off the box is close to a PR too and it flew up!! I am a happy boy right now and I am gonna crush food!

Sunday Short Conditioning workout mostly
Tire Flips 10 sets x 3 reps Felt very strong on these, and really pushed for speed and short rest Pull Ups BW x 3 x 10 Reverse Curls 65x3 x 12 Just wanted to get some blood flowing and enjoy the nice weather we are having. Deload this week, it will be a good 5 day deload, plenty.

Monday Good deload workout
Bench Press 135 plus a ton of chain x 10 sets x 3 reps I have no clue how the chains weighed, well over 100 pounds, worked on speed and stability Low Cable Row 180x20 225x12 270x3x6 180x15 Neutral Grip DB military press 55s x 2 x 8 60s x 8 65s x 8 meant to only do 60s but I grabbed the wrong ones Band Pushdown light band x 3x 30 light band x 20 mini band x 50 Really just wanted to flush out the arms and elbows Face Pulls light band x 4 x 20 Lateral Raise 10s x 3 x 15
