Friday quick conditioning
Did not feel too great today, think I was dehydrated and stressed so took it kinda light Warm ups Rolling, mobility drills etc Ladder work Random agility drills on ladder, short rest Total about 20 minutes 5 sprints x 20 yards 1 giant set of ladder, every drill I could think of for one time through with out stopping Brutal That is it, strongman tomorrow

Saturday strongman
Today was a little rough, need to practice yoke more. I went to the gym and did yoke then came home for farmers. Think I should switch the order of this Yoke -about 40 ft each 180 x 2 250 x 2 380 x 2 580 x 1 too heavy, killed my back 380 x 3 Farmers walk -about 60 ft each 160 each hand x 2 210 x 2 250 x 1 Took too much time between events got distracted The real work today was moving the weights haha. Had to carry 100 pound plates upstairs at the gym then had to carry all my weights outside for farmers. Brutal Felt pretty good, once the weather gets nicer I will make some stones and hopefully buy my own yoke

Sunday light bodybuilding
I like doing this on Sunday just a little extra pressing and arm work. I think once I start doing stones on Saturdays, this day will be more limited. But I figure I do not do any upper body until Wednesday so why not Klokov press 95 x 8 115 x 2 x 6 95 x 10 Bb curls 45 x 20 65 x 15 95 x 3 x 8 Pushdowns Unsure of weight x 5 sets x 10-20 reps Lateral raises 5 sets x 8 reps This only took about 35 minutes, it is nice to start your day with a good pump up session. Max squats tomorrow

Monday me squats
Did not go too great today, got some serious pain in my back when the weights got heavy. I am thinking of avoiding back squats for a bit. Going towards making front squats my primary movement. Squats 145 x 2 x 5 235 x 3, 2 325 x 2 singles 375 x 1 some pain 415 x 1 pain This did not feel good, was high because it hurt. I think I also get out of my groove when it gets heavy. I at least will switch to more of an Olympic style squat Front squats 145 x 2 x 5 195 x 3 x 3 These felt pretty good, need to get used to them and the weight will move up quickly Band hip work 5 sets x 20 reps Reverse hyper 3 x 10-15 My back is being weird, it only hurts at certain angles. I did strongman with minimal discomfort and then today on squats it kills me. Not sure what to do, may have to become a front squat specialist and see if that works. If nothing else I may have to take some serious time off. Not going to get too extreme yet.

Tuesday straight line speed
Got home late from work, ughh. Whatever, such is life Hill sprints 5 x 40 yards Sprints 5 x about 75 yards Abs Decline sit ups, side bends Legs felt heavy today, and felt slow. So I decided to lengthen out a bit and really struggle. Good conditioning though
