Standing OHP 95 x 2 x 5 135 x 2 x 3 160 x 8 8 was the goal, this about 80 percent of my max DB incline press 70s x 8 80s x 8 90s x 2 x 8 Dips BW x 3 x 15 Band Pushdowns Light band x 3 x 20 Pull ups 8-10 sets of 6-8 reps I did these between most sets, I like to male sure I pull my shoulders back and pull ups are an easy way to do that Triceps and chest were dead. This a lot of volume for my press, in most of my previous programs this would be split in two days. I am going to stick with the cube. Tomorrow will be agility, typically Tuesday will be agility but it was raining today and due to other things going on this week today worked better. I hope I continue to like the cube this much. Still working on getting stones

Awesome pressing. Good stuff, JW.
You ever thought of making stones? Rogue, etc. sells molds. I also saw a video where a guy used a big exercise ball, covered it with plaster of paris, deflated the ball and removed it, the dumped concrete mix in and then smoothed out the rough spot where the hole was.

Friday Agility
Tonight is supposed to be straight line speed, but I missed my agility session earlier in the week. So I thought agility is better for me right now, felt great to get everything loosened Lots of rolling and dynamic warm ups Ladder Drills *not sure what to call any of them but basically just did random stuff on my chalk drawn ladder for about 40 minutes. This was a lot of fun, felt like an athlete again. Did some abs after this, decline sit ups and side bends, and twists. I think I need to do more oblique work with twist, to get everything loosened up and strengthened.
