Thursday quick session
For home late again did about 30 mins of stuff Lots of dynamic warm ups Sprints Up to 75 percent x 8 short sprints Did some recovery stuff Off tomorrow and then killing it on Saturday, I will update when I can

Monday conditioning
I am still in a lot of pain after my competition. I may need to get my back checked out. I will see how it starts to heal and then decide. Most likely I will see a doc, just don't want to go through the insurance bs to get an MRI or something like that. But I should, enough ranting Tons of warm ups Rolling, jump rope, dynamic,ic warm up Speed drills 3 sets of each, I think I did 3 drills total Sprints 5 sprints x slow acceleration up to maybe 75 percent Decline sit-ups and side bends That is all, tomorrow will probably be more of the same, planning on getting back into the gym Wednesday. Cube method begins next week

Thanks steve
300 pound log is a serious goal right now. My goal is to train specifically for strongman for a long period of time. Looking to hit another comp in the fall. I am going to try to gain weight slowly and just get stronger. Going to use the cube method as I think it is the most well rounded program there is. Also need to get this back healthy, I may see a doc to get an MRI just to male sure I am not damaging anything further

Tuesday more conditioning
Warm ups Rolling jump rope mobility drills Sled sprints Sled x 2 x 40 hards Plus 45 x 6 x 40 yards Sprints 2 x 50 yards That was about it, planning on going to the gym tomorrow to do upper body. Will plan from there. Next week begins the cube method

Wednesday back to training
Did some upper body stuff today, weights still felt a little heavy. Body is still recovering Standing OHP 95 x 2 x 6 135 x 2 x 3 165 x 2 185 x 1 195 x 1 Close grip bench 225 x 3 275 x 3 Klokov press 95 x 3 x 10 Lat pull down 115 x 15 160 x 10 205 x 2 x 8 Pull ups 2 x 8 DB Tricep extensions 25s x 12 35s x 3 x 10 Hammer curls 25s x 12 35s x 3 x 8 Band pull a parts Monster mini x 2 x 15 Just random stuff to get a pump going. Tomorrow will be some lighter lower body stuff. I will take the weekend off and start the cube method Monday, depending on my back and went I can get checked out
