Friday straight line speed
Back is getting much better, very happy. Super cold out today Warm ups-jump rope and dynamic drills Sprints Couple warm ups 10 sprintsx 40-50 yards A couple were almost all out Decline sit ups 4 x 20 Tomorrow is going to rain so I am going to the gym and doing more rehab type work and light lower body. More split squats

Saturday more deload and rehab
Tons of warm ups, rolling, reverse hypers and lunges Split squats rear foot elevated Bar x 2 x a lot 75 x 2 x 6 95 x 6 Bar x a few Really focused on stretching my hips, these felt great Back extensions 2 x 20 Reverse hypers 4 x 15-20 Prowler and x band walks Did not really keep track of these Did more rolling and stretching. Felt great today. My back feels almost 100% I should be good next Saturday. My plan is Monday light log, Tuesday more split squats. Off for the rest of the week, I will do light sprints to loosen, probably 50%.

Monday more de loading testing out the back
I needed to see how my low back really felt, so I did some lighter log. Worked up to my opener, maybe. Might open heavier this weight was very easy Log clean and press 90 x 2 x 5 120 x 3 140 x 3 180 x 2 singles 200 x 3 singles These were very easy and fast. I may en at 220. I will decide Saturday Neutral grip pull downs 115 x 15 160 x 12 205 x 8 230 x 6 205 x 8 160 x 10 Awesome pump Band Pushdowns Light band x 5 x 20 Curls 25s x 2 x 15 Reverse hypers 3 x 15-20 Really happy with how explosive I felt. I plan on doing one more light session of split squats. Probably just the bar and then some recovery work. Maybe a little light sprinting then it is game time.

Wednesday quick session
Went into the gym and loosened up, got some hot blood flowing. Felt good, might do light sprints tomorrow, if I get home on time from work. I have been getting home late which really screws up my backload. They just don't understand Warm ups Split squats rear foot elevated 45 x 5 x 6 reps each leg Banded good mornings Light band x 20 Pull ups 3 x 6 Reverse hypers 3 x 15-20 X band walks 2 sets Feeling good, still a little worried about my low back but just hoping it holds up. We will see, I am very excited
