Wednesday squats and Deads
Solid session, some sets felt really good some did not. Work has been rough lately hoping it eases up. Short rest between all sets.

Squats
145 x 2 x 5
235 x 2 x 3
325 x 7 sets x 3 reps
Short rest

Deads
225 x 2 x 5 with pauses at knee
315 x 2 x 3
375 x 7 sets x 3 reps

Lunges
Holding 45 DBS x 4 sets
Each set is back and forth accross the gym

GHR
BW x 10
Plus mini x 2 x 10

Abs on GHR
2 x 20

Reverse hyper
4 plates x 2 x 10-15

Overall good session, need to drink more water during the day. Carb back loading is still going well, body weight is holding steady

Thursday OHP
Solid session today, going back to cleaning my weights for OHP, just seems better.

Standing OHP, clean into place
75 x 2 x 5
135 x 2 x 3

These all felt solid

Clean and push press
205 x 2 singles
235 x 3 singles
These were very easy, may need to max them soon. The bar I usually clean on is a little thicker, today I used the Olympic bar. Awesome

Dips

Strong band x 2 x 6

T bar rows

These felt great

Solid session, likely a day off tomorrow and then strongman on Saturday. Will probably be at the gym Saturday, we are supposed to get a storm tomorrow

Saturday strongman
Did a little work in the gym. We got some snow last night so training outside was out. Very disappointed, they told me their big tire was close to 800 pounds but no way. I think it is less than my tire. So either my tire weighs more than I think or theirs weighs a lot less than they think.

Tire flips

1 set x about 5 minutes straight haha
Just kept going, probably 40 flips or so and I could have kept going

Snatches

Nothing too serious

Reverse hypers
4 plates x 3 sets x 15 reps

Pretty good session, crazy pump in my forearms and biceps. Tomorrow I am going to do some zombie squats. I have a serious buyer for my cage lined up for next weekend. As soon as it sells I will order my yoke
