Sunday Recovery Session
Zombie Squats 95x2x3 135x2x3 185x3 205x1 225x1 pr Going to continue to slowly work up on these, could have gone heavier. I need to get more comfortable with the weight. 18 in Deadlifts w/ light band 135x2x3 225x3 275x3 315x3x3 These felt pretty good, did them for speed work. 18in deadlifts is an event in my upcoming strongman comp, going to focus on these for the next month. After this week. Overall very good session, I was very sore to start. I did a ton of warm ups. My upper back was trashed from the yoke, but overall I felt pretty good once I got loosened up. Strongman comp is planned for March 2nd. I need to focus on 18 in deadlifts just to find out where I am with them. The only event I am worried about is stones, probably just going to wing it with them. O well, first comp will just be to feel everything out. Then maybe a more serious one after summer. Tough to train strongman in the winter, but I need to get a comp under my belt to see if this is the sport for me.

Monday bench press
Pretty solid session today, my shoulders felt a little beat up but still went well Close grip bench press 135 x 2 x 5 175 x 5 205 x 3 240 x 2 260 x 1 275 x 1 295 x 5 pr Might have had one more but it would have gotten ugly Chest supported DB rows 60s x 10 80s x 8 90s x 2 x 6 80s x 8 Neutral grip incline press 60s x 10 80s x 8 90s x 3 x 5 Neutral grip pull ups BW x 3 x 8 Wide Tricep Pushdown 70 x 20 95 x 12 115 x 2 x 8 95 x 12 Band pull a parts Monster mini x 3 x 25 Overall very good session. Off day tomorrow then a big squat session on Wednesday!

Wednesday squats and Deads
Finally a good deadlift workout, squats were just ok Squats 145 x 2 x 5 235 x 2 x 3 325 x 2 Add wraps 375 x 1 415 x 5 The goal was 5 for juggernaut so I am satisfied Deadlifts 225 x 2 x 3 315 x 3 365 x 1 405 x 14 or 15 pr The trainer at my gym counted 15 but I am not sure. Don't care this the best my Deads have felt in a year. Thanks to the bearded beast's tip, I thinking of bending down to pick up a quarter that is slightly in front of me. Works perfect to get my set up right Yoke bar box squats 180 x 2 x 5 230 x 3 x 5 Used the soft box pad so you sink it, tough Reverse hyper 2 plates x 2 x 20 Sit ups 2 x 20 Beat down! Good session, very happy with this. I am really mad at myself, I spilled water on my new ipad keyboard and it is no longer working. Any tips? So pissed

Decent session but not as good as last night, I was very sore today Standing OHP 95 x 2 x 5 135 x 2 x 3 155 x 2 180 x 6 Goal was 5 so that is good, lats and rear delts were super sore from Deads Dips BW x 2 x 10 Plus 25 x 10 Plus 50 x 10 Plus 100 x 6,5 BW x 23 DB rows strict 80s x 3 x 20 Circuit 4 rounds Pull ups BW x 8 Blast strap push ups x 10 Bb curls 75 x 10 Band Pushdowns single arm light band x 12 Lateral raise 15s x 15 20s x 2 x 12 Decent session, nothing great but nothing bad
